General Admission Policies
1. Open Intake Policy:
Admissions are open year-round for Spanish, French, & German language courses.
2. Basic English Requirement:
Students must have a minimum B1 level of English, as classes are conducted with English as the supporting language.
3. Admission for Students Under 13:
Children under 13 years of age can be admitted under the following conditions:
– Must be enrolled under parental or guardian consent.
– Must attend a trial class and pass a basic readiness assessment.
– A parent/guardian contact must be available for communication during the course.
– Class format for younger students may be adjusted to suit their learning style, including more visual and interactive materials.

Pre-Admission Policies
1. Placement Assessment:
A short oral or written placement test is required to determine the student’s appropriate level.
2. Non-Refundable Registration Fee:
A one-time fee is charged upon registration to reserve the student’s place in class.
3. Required Documentation:
– Government-issued ID (for both student and parent/guardian if under 13)
– Consent form for minors (if applicable)
– English level self-declaration or certificate

Post-Admission Policies
1. Attendance Policy:
Minimum 80% attendance required to be eligible for certification.
2. Code of Conduct:
All students must follow class rules and respect others. Any disruptive behavior may lead to dismissal.
3. Parental Involvement (for minors):
For students under 13, periodic feedback will be shared with parents or guardians.

Student Benefits
1. Certification from Royal British School:
All students completing the course successfully will receive a certificate from Royal British School, reflecting their language level and attendance.
2. Path to Official Government Exams:
Students wishing to pursue DELE (Spanish), DELF/DALF (French), or Goethe Zertifikat (German) can be guided by our team.
*Note: Royal British School does not conduct official exams but will help students prepare and register for them. Exam fees must be paid separately to the official institutions.*
3. Native Teacher Instruction & Immersive Learning:
Courses are taught by native speakers using modern, real-world communication methods.
4. Flexible Scheduling & Small Groups:
Classes are held Monday to Thursday in small groups for a more personalized experience.
